This was one of many Im yours no refunds I love you sorry about that shirt Lincoln drew upon when responding to the secession crisis in 1861. But beyond that, Lincoln also argued that the states are not like puzzle pieces that you can just lift out of the union, free and clear, with no impact on the rest of the country. What would happen, he suggested, to businesses which conducted business across state lines, or that had employees in multiple states, if one or more of those states seceded and formed their own country? What would happen to treaties and trade agreements between the United States and foreign powers if some states left the Union and stopped abiding by them? What would happen to navigation rights and access to waterways and rivers that border multiple states, if one of those states left the union? What about businesses that use those waterways to transport goods? What about private individuals that like to sail upon those waterways? What about bridges that cross them? What about railroads that cross state borders? What happens to all of these things if one state decides they are now a separate country, and they are permitted to do so?
Just a personal opinion – but I don’t think anything can be accomplished until we come to agree on the definition of ‘affordable housing.’ It’s too subjective. Affordable for Im yours no refunds I love you sorry about that shirt is not affordable for someone else. Minimum wage jobs will never allow someone to be a homeowner. That’s just understood. But when a regular working family with a couple of kids can’t afford to buy an appropriate (not extravagant) home – clearly there’s a problem. Many single persons (maybe not long after leaving college) want to buy a home but their expectations are that they want to buy a home like the one they grew up in. They forget that the first home their parents bought wasn’t nearly as nice as the one they grew up in. Parents bought a crappy ‘starter’ home and moved up by upgrading over the years.Anyway, as with anything else, the market will call the shots. When nobody can afford a house, the prices will drop. That’s basic economics. Now to get off my soapbox, I suggest that we get a definition of the word ‘affordable’ when we speak of affordable housing. What is affordable for you is not what’s affordable for me.

If you’ve Im yours no refunds I love you sorry about that shirtso little respect for someone’s personal tastes that you make edgy remarks like that whenever they’re brought up, you’re definitely not someone I want to be around.Like for instance, my buddy really likes The Haunting of Bly Manor. I didn’t like that show at all, I thought it was laughable at times, but I respect his personal tastes. Just because he likes something I don’t doesn’t mean I have to stop respecting him. In that same vein, I love Downton Abbey, and he thinks that show is a complete joke, but he respects me enough not to say anything.you don’t have to like everything your friends like, you just have to respect them enough to respect their personal tastes.
Yeah, the whole notion of trying to prove you don’t get scared when watching a movie meant to scare automatically makes me hate someone. Like Im yours no refunds I love you sorry about that shirt, you didn’t suspend disbelief enough while watching a scary movie so you didn’t get scared? I hate those people. I literally hate them. It’s like someone turning on Dumb and Dumber, crossing their arms and frowning throughout the whole movie just so they can say they didn’t laugh once at a comedy. It could be a lack of imagination. I love horror movies but it takes a special type of horror to scare me. It has to be interesting and realistic enough to get my attention. Most scary movies lack depth. But thats what makes it scary! I would much rather watch a scary movie where its unnerving and eerie. Not just a film that has a couple of jump scares and a corny plot. This is probably my why I like thriller horror/mystery horror the most. Truth is, most will attempt to make a good scary movie, only to create a laughable and cringey horror film. Then there’s some people who despise scary movies does that mean they have a good imagination or they just don’t know what scary is? I like to think its both.
