I decided to park my ass on the couch with my baby and my boppy and just nurse, for as long as I could stand every single Ford GT 2005 to 2006 Gulf Heritage Shirt. If she wasn’t satisfied after an hour, we’d go for two.. If still not then three.. If my nipples were shot and I couldn’t take it any more then back to the bottle. But each day I would try as hard as I could to exclusively breastfeed. Some days I only lasted until noon. Some days maybe 3pm. Eventually I could make it to dinner time. By 10 weeks we were down to a single bottle before bed. I was nursing so much I stopped obsessing over pumping. If I had time I might fit a pump in first thing in the morning and one at night. But as of a week ago I’m not pumping at all.

Now at 13 weeks, we are leaps ahead from where we were. My baby nurses more efficiently, down to 20-50 minutes per session. 45 Ford GT 2005 to 2006 Gulf Heritage Shirt – 1.5 hours between sessions. The latch does not hurt! 🙌🏻 I no longer need to lather my nipples in lanolin. And yesterday, on the day of her 3rd month, we skipped the bedtime bottle. It was our official first day of exclusive breastfeeding! And she slept almost a full 8 hours.
During all the weeks leading up to now I would frequent the breastfeeding and parenting subs looking for encouraging stories from other moms who hadn’t had luck with all the usual resources. I would feel so beaten down by all the comments urging posters to make the switch to formula or exclusive pumping. I was never ready to be done with nursing despite all the heartache and physical sacrifice. Of the few posts I could relate to, there appeared to be a common theme – just stick it out, it does get better. So that’s what I did.
